Successfully completed a management buyout (MBO) of a company within one of the main industrial and retail groups in Portugal and recently experienced its sale to a private equity fund.

João Fugas

Former member of Quimigal's Executive Committee and Chief Operating Officer, where he worked for 20 years as an executive director of Bondalti. At Quimigal he started and led a series of acquisitions that allowed the group to achieve its current dominant position in the European market. Previously, he was a member of the Board of Directors of SONAE Group.
